Think Beyond the Label is a campaign that began to, raise awareness about the business cause for hiring people with disabilities. The article titles ‘Tools for Success’, provides readers with 3 reasons why hiring people with disabilities would be beneficial to them, and how hiring a qualified person with a disability would benefit the business. The first reason is a Return on investment. It talks about turning social issues into business opportunities, which in return produce lower costs with increased profits. The second reason is to do with marketing. It says that customers with disabilities are a major market segment, and they patronise businesses that hire disabled people, which would thus provide an opportunity for businesses to increase their customer base. The third reason given is innovation. It mentions that disabled employees would bring in unique experiences that in turn could transform a workplace and enhance the products and services. The article provides the source of its research – U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Disability Employment Policy. This piece is thus a reliable source of data, and even though is a summary of the actual article provides useful information and gives backing for it.

The article provides valuable information on the advantages of hiring people with disabilities, and encourages businesses to do so. By providing the concrete example of how Walgreens has taken the lead in hiring disabled people, it tell us about how businesses should hire disabled people for the success of their business. The article gives good evidence of these advantages and mentions that along with the disabled people, the businesses even the country and the government would benefit from hiring the disabled.

It offers a range of resources for people to research and gather more information on hiring people with disabilities. It gives information from all perspectives and covers a broad range of topics, including how to interview people with disabilities, general information including government laws of hiring disabled people and also the incentives fro businesses to hire those with disabilities. This information can help facilitate business efforts to diversify their workforce.

The information provided on the Drexel website is directed towards those who are disabled and are applying for jobs at Drexel University, but the information is pretty basic and general and thus can be addressed to any disabled person applying for a job. It talks about the legal rights of disabled people in a work place, and along with telling us about what 'reasonable accommodations' are it provides concrete examples of them, thus making it clear. The information provided would be extremely useful for a disabled person applying for a job as it summarises all they need to know and answers a couple of important questions on one page.

The article taken from Disabled World, urges employers to consider the unique talents, perspectives and contributions that people with disabilities bring to the work place. The article shows how Goodwill has helped and trained people with disabilities find a job and succeed in the work place. It this encourages disabled people and businesses to go out in the job market and find jobs. The article has a personalised side, where it gives account of three disabled people who were able to find jobs they are happy with. Even though the article is like an advertisement for Goodwill Industries, it does show that there are successful institutions out there to help disabled people find work.
